Transparency is at the heart of our community. Before we dive into the art of light and shadow, we need to cover the essentials regarding our workshops, equipment, and your creative journey with Lumina Lens.
Cancellations
Plans change. We get it. Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 14 days before your course start date.
Liability
While we handle gear with care, students are responsible for their own personal equipment during our hands-on workshops.
Content Usage
The photos you take are yours! However, course materials provided by Lumina Lens remain our intellectual property.
The Fine Print
By enrolling in any program at Lumina Lens, located at 125 Humboldt Street, you're agreeing to these terms. It's not just legal jargon; it's how we ensure a safe, professional, and inspiring environment for every photographer who walks through our doors.
1. Booking and Payments
All course fees must be paid in full to secure your spot. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Why does processing take time? Usually, it's just the banks being banks. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
2. Equipment and Safety
During our Camera Basics Training, we may provide loaner gear. Students must sign a temporary custody form. If you drop it? You're responsible for the repair costs. We provide lanyards and protective bags to help prevent accidents.
3. Refund Policy Details
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before class start will receive a 50% credit toward future workshops. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. We've got seats to fill and teachers to pay!
4. Code of Conduct
Photography is about perspective, and we value diverse ones. Harassment or disruptive behavior during workshops will result in immediate removal without a refund. Just be a decent human. Is that too much to ask? We don't think so.
